Chris Coyle is the founder of ConsultSync AI and a director at Vettex, a Melbourne development management practice. He has worked in Australian property development and construction since 2005, in development, project and design management roles across commercial office, multi-residential, retail, hotel and industrial projects.
Before founding Vettex in 2024, he spent ten years at a leading Melbourne builder and developer, running commercial office, residential and hotel projects in Melbourne and Adelaide with values to $200M. His work has included builder due diligence and vetting, and the coordination of design and construct projects from planning through to completion.
He holds a Master of Architecture / Construction Management from Deakin University's School of Architecture and Built Environment.
ConsultSync AI grew out of reviewing consultancy agreements from the client side and seeing the same one-sided clauses recur.
